If we can confirm a stateroom for you, your deposit will be applied to your reservation. Only one deposit is required to confirm your spot on the waitlist (other names and deposits will be required when your stateroom is assigned).

If we cannot confirm your stateroom, your deposit will be refunded to you. You can contact us at anytime prior to confirming your reservations to receive a refund of your deposit and remove your name from our waitlist. All refund requests should be submitted in writing to captainsupport@whettravel.com.
